TopBid Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TopBid application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Subscription Plans

TopBid offers the following subscription plans:

Free Tier: Limited to 5 estimates with basic features
Pro Tier: $19.99/month or $199/year for unlimited jobs, invoicing, PDF exports, and full customization

2.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Pro Tier subscriptions are auto-renewable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating an account
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

TopBid and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Utah Granite and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

TopBid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
